Flavored Kratom Powder Stick Packs Effects and Benefits

Each case comes with 30 single serving stick packs. We recommend a dosage of one stick pack to start, to be mixed with one standard size bottle of water. Best way to mix is to add to a bottle of water and shake, or add to a shaker cup and shake until the powder is completely mixed with the water. One stick pack should provide a desirable effect to the consumer for a 4-6 hour period. Best to shake your water bottle or shaker cup every few drinks to make sure the powder is mixed well with the water.
